revrnd Posted January 28, 2008 Share Posted January 28, 2008 I rode south today to see how things were there. For the most part good. Trl 747 is only groomed west from Chandos to the McCoy Bay Rd. Rough to the end of James Rd. Passable though. I'd like to thank the Township of North Kawartha for plowing this dead end road w/ 4 houses on it down to gravel :curse: It's not like it's the Clydesdale Rd that has a lot of traffic or houses on it. Big Cedar Lake has been staked. Sledders have got a pretty well packed trail down Stoney & Kasshabog. There is no gas @ Blue Mountain Inn Gas, on the Nephton Rd. just south of E107 (pumps removed). However Reid's Store & Stoney Point Marina are both open. Not much sign of life @ the Twin Lakes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
