Sled was originally posted as a part out but there have been a bunch of people asking about it complete so here goes... This is a super clean, super fast sled. baby is due in a month so I'm either going to sell it whole or part it out. Which ever comes first. Have well over $10k invested in this. Here are the deets... 2004 - Rev 800 X pkg 700mi on Complete Cudney Racing rebuilt engine. New pistons, rings, gaskets, bearings, wrist pins. Crank had case mod done so oil injection lubes outer crank bearings. Works awesome! New bearings in crank at the same time. Cylinders were trail ported. Cudney Billet head - pump gas domes. Cudney clutch kit Primary Clutch was brand new 300mi ago. Stock one was not balanced right so I sold it. Floating Secondary. 9 tooth drivers. 23/45 gearing (very snappy!) V-Force Reeds w/ 1/4" Billet spacers. Carbs have 20 pilots, and needles we shimmed .020. Very strong! Carbs have DPM and are headed. All stock x pkg accessories. Custom LED tail light & sno flap. Custom camo wrap on hood & console. All shocks rebuild, re sealed, re-valve in the fall. Front are piggybacks, rear shocks are regular rebuildables, non remotes. Camoplast 1.5" Intense track with 96 double backers. Few lugs torn but lots of life left. Always run synthetic oil. Sled has around 5000 mi on it. This sled is ready to go and always starts 1st pull. Have lots of extra parts kicking around if the buyer is interested... This is a one of a kind sled and turns alot of heads on the trails. Asking $6300. obo Sled is located in Muskoka.
