A group of us are heading north next week and one of our favorite trails is the L123 south of Kap. OFSC shows it is still closed. Opening soon I hope. Any info would be great. Thus, it stands to reason that if the website lists it as closed, then it is true? With the river crossings on that trail, it is reasonable to believe they've been under siege of a lot of running water from the "big melt", and may be impassable. Just my thoughts.
