02Sled Posted February 3, 2017 Share Posted February 3, 2017 They have already been for many years. The trail permit is in fact a MOT regulated item. Fee changes for the permit may be recommended by the OFSC and typically always approved by the MTO but still require that approval. Same as the age regulations for riders needing to be 12 but can't cross a Hwy until 16 and they need to have a valid license.
