Search on Buckhorn Lake for missing snowmobiler Peterborough, ON, Canada / (CHEXTV) Greg Davis February 03, 2017 09:05 am Peterborough County OPP are searching Buckhorn Lake for a missing snowmobiler from the Ennismore area. Police say the 52-year-old man failed to return home around 7 p.m. and there has been no sign of him. Police and Selwyn Township firefighters launched a search late last night which continued into the early morning hours. It’s believed the snowmobiler was last seen in the Rogers Place area off of Emerald Isle Road. A helicopter from CFB Trenton is assisting in the search in the area of Emerald Isle and Gannon’s Narrows. OPP officers are utilizing snowmobilers to traverse the area. More to come.
