Heard there was a Canadian tire that was a good spot . If anyone can confirm or recommend a spot it would be much appreciated. First time up in the area. Ultrafrozen Posted February 3, 2015 Share Posted February 3, 2015 If you are staying at the Comfort Inn (recommended, freshly renovated) or KL Inn & Suites (less desirable, specify "renovated room") then they both have ample parking. Comfort Inn is on trail L107/ L108 while KL Inn is a little harder to get to by trail L105 and Station Road. Timmies West has a huge parking area in the back with a lot of traffic so thieves may be deterred somewhat. Timmies East also has a large parking lot with direct trail access to L105. Kirkland Lake Mall has a lot of parking and is in plain sight in front or hidden in back, cross the main street and the trail is behind Canadian Tire Gas Bar/ Timmies/ MacDonalds. Ample parking at the Northern College back parking lot and is right on trail A108. Parking at my house if you are interested, easy two blocks to trail A108, PM me.
