The owners have put a lot of improvements to the motel - most of which customers don't see. A brand new roof and venting system went in, as well as a circulating pump system so that hot water is constantly going through the system, so all rooms get quick hot water. Large screen TV's and satellite programming have also been added. Pinewood Inn is a map advertiser for district 6. Website: http://www.pinewoodinn.ca/ ...lots of parking in lot,, Rooms are a good size and price...include fridge, microwave, hair dryer, fast wifi, ironing board, and towels to wipe wet equipment.....check their add on the district 6 map for sledder's special... Easy trail access....right from the parking lot, park sled outside your room. Last spring a new gas station was opened next to the motel.
