Lake joe, my buddy and I both have oxygen helmets and hooked up the packtalks to them last weekend. They worked flawlessly, so far have had no issues with this helmet. I took the little plastic piece out of the front that diverts moisture from your breath out the vent holes. A bit of ice forms at the bottom of the shield but I knock it off and it’s not a big deal.
