For day to day use this is a non issue isnt it?  Just when using in older equipment or for longterm storage where it rears its head causing issues.

Yup   thats the way I look at it

  2. Did a bit of testing   the lower line is 500ml water and you can see after the fuel gets added the "water" amount gets greater.  The fuel is from the reservation near Sauble beach and second Costco regular. Third is ethanol free gas.

  3. I've been trying to figure out this ethanol issue too. I don't want to put ethanol fuel in our 64 Chevelle. Have been purposely putting in premium Costco and Canadian Tire    the pumps said  ethanol free  I never did any testing though.  But now the ethanol stickers are on the pumps. There are additives that I'm looking into now     there is also ethanol free gas available in Rockford.  Just south of Owen sound.  It's at macdonell fuels   BIL says so.  It's an idea for the small 2 strokes since I m up there during the summer a bit   but not for the Chevelle. I've been advised by 2 mechanics this is a good product

I'm hiring right now. Ran a posting on Indeed. Got 50 responses. Sent requests for interviews to 20 candidates. Got 4 who agreed to an interview. The first was Tyler who never showed for his scheduled time. When messaged he said he had to help his grandfather, he'd get back when he had more time.

I have interviews set up with Ali, Ravinder and Aziz tomorrow. I bet they all show and are excited to get the job.

So  Happy Easter BTW    and any updates ?

A good dialed in 900 will do 163 km/hr wide open. 137” track, no turbo. Did a run last week and that’s what I got.

Shame on skidoo. Speedo should be accurate in this day of age. Others say they are off by up to 20 km/hour compared to gps. Maybe skidoo does it so people hit 10,000 km’s faster and trade back in.

Funny thing is that the odometers are really close to accurate.    I did a 1200km run to Quebec a few weeks ago and my GPS and odometer were within 5 kms at the end of the trip.

That sled was on a track stand to record that    I had 2 of those motors and I know what they do and they dont doooo that

The difference in price between an X and a ADR is $450.

The X comes with KYB-36's and a 10.25 Display. What other difference between the 2? And wouldn't the KYB-36's be rebuildable if I was looking for a bit better ride?

Seems to me that $450 is worth it for the display alone.

V2 has a lot of seat time on his new Enduro and has an opinion   on shock packages. He may chime in .

I have never had an X  only TnT and Adrenalines   the shocks were rebuildable I believe  I have the Enduro and really don't know what shocks are on it    I am looking at upgrading them next year to X shocks   the front end is a Ras X so just missing the shocks   was actually going to ask on the Forum for advice  so thanks Coldfinger for getting me started lol

No idea if there are other reasons

It's Sunday.    But in all honesty, and we are the same here   not very cold at night.  Sap lines are up here and there   l knew the lake was planning on opening and if a trail could get there then your good to head north now that Arthur is open We just don't have any where to get to so no grooming and staying closed

With my plan, my first choice was to order a Skidoo Renegade 900 Turbo R in either Enduro or X package. The Cat was a second or third choice depending on price and what colour an SRX came in. Right now, I think the Doo with similar or better gear would be cheaper than either Cat or Yam. That doesn't make sense considering the age of the Cat chassis and motor but I understand what has gone on in manufacturing.

Stick with the first plan buddy   go with the X  Don't get the 1 1/2 in track   take it from Coldfinger and me   lol

Saw an old map when my buddy was having auction sale for his dad. They were gonna toss it with other stuff. Got it laminated and on the beer fridge. It's the Hill and Gully map as well. Lol. Lots of memories from up there.

Haven't been up to Sudbury in several years but really enjoyed the trails. There use to be a small restaurant in

River Valley that had great food, wonder if it survived Covid shut downs? The trail to get there from Sudbury was

like a highway following the river

had the best hamburger soup ever there   couple years ago

Prepped no it’s ready to go. 30 km’s so far this year. You thinking of going 🤔. Not free until March 9. Big loop looking good too,  if last section opens 😎

We are booked that time already. What's with that last section ?  Why is it still red ?

I run the stock bars locally . Need a good bar for the yearly pilgrimage too the promised land . Have used quili peace in the past, not finding a supplier close by so need to switch it up. Darting is not an issue .  Thanks for the info.

So what is the verdict ? The pilgrimage is fast approaching    mail order is getting a bit late maybe ?  At least you have a real windshield now LoL

  14. I always planned on getting another set of Sno trackers    had them on the 06 Confusion  and worked great     Tricky and crew are big fans of them  The Enduro has TS skis so no need to get wear bars      Have a set of Bergstoms here if you want to try them    also have Stud Boy and Woodys Duellies here as well    Are you running the stock wear bars on the outside of the ski ?
