    213 miles today.

    Sudbury to killarney to little current to whitefish falls to espanola back to sudbury.

    Never rode the big water before, very cool.

    90% of the trails where 10/10 the rest 8/10.

    One ride off my bucket list

    Fun today just riding around close to base. One thing. District 12 completley ignores grooming from Webwood all the way to the border with district 13. No grooming at all in 2 weeks with a foot of snow that fell on Tuesday. Not acceptable and no excuse. This is what you get when a district is run by people 100kms away that never ride there. Top D is a main trail that is supposed to take priority over local trails, yet has been ignored when the local trails were covered twice while I have been here. District 12 should be ashamed.

    I believe d12 only goes as far as massy.

    Motel owners are nice. Property is well kept.

    I downloaded districts in Northern Ontario and it came out to 1.5 gb app size.

     

    Last weekend south of Timmins on the C trail I had no service and tried to see how far we were to shining tree, wouldn’t work said something about not having service, my riding buddy who didn’t download the district still showed us where we were, so whats the point to download the district’s? 
     

    An easy fix is to hire the company who did the Quebec app, it’s the best of the best and works flawlessly and far better options  to plan rides.

    Started in gravenhurst about 4 pm today.went up to bracebridge then decided to make a loop over the port Carling, bala, back to gravenhurst.

    Trails where kinda rough but I've rode worse.

    Things where going good till it got dark and started snowing.

    Got horribly lost in Bala, never did find the right trail to get out, just followed some tracks back to a trail that took me back to the groomed trail.
