au contraire never except a insurance companies first offer as in my experience and experience in the market may decide your final offer
Of course, I think that goes without saying in any negotiation - that's all it is. There is nothing stopping anyone from hiring their own appraisers and substantiating their loss themselves either if you disagree with it.
There are other "tools" in the insurance companies bag to use if people become un-reasonable too.
It goes both ways and good adjusters know what they're doing

yes the trailer is insured however as you know negotiations with insurance companies begin with education, due diligence and who would likely have experienced such matters as OC members
Well, they will decide will if it's repaired or written off.

Round-abouts are great when people know how to use them.
The last time I was in Ireland I don't think I saw a stop sign lol

Its pretty simple folks, ride somewhere else and choose who you want to support.
Support comes from your wallet

One of a trio of riders hits a tree. I hope its not alcohol/drug related...
Sledding can be dangerous, accidents will always happen, condolences to the riders friends and family.

This is correct. Warranty will not cover this. It is an insurance issue as no one can really prove that it was a warranty related issue. Your insurer may seek damages from the manufacturer but chances are they will just pay it out and move on.
100% pay it out and move on.

My wife and I did that train ride many decades ago, one of the most boring trips ever, just watching trees get smaller and smaller with very little scenery unlike Agawa Canyon.
Have done both as well - no doubt Agawa is better scenery.
I wanted to go to Moosonee to see where I almost moved at one time as a child, and also had a friend working there at the time.

What else would a person do with it that just bought it?
Likely a better business as a place to eat, drink, etc......than a stay over.
Unless tear down and build, but did someone not suggest it is a heritage building - so that just complicated that direction.
Sprucedale is not a big place - a spot for locals to put a few back and shoot the crap is about the only thing that makes sense to me.

Awesome - then make sure you get out and ride.
My folks were out riding Friday and said it was excellent.
Weather forecast is not terrible either
All great news

I was expecting to see all red on our trail guide - still yellow!
Maybe there is some riding left yet.

Sold sign on the Sprucedale hotel now.
Good, hopefully it stays put and can be brought back to it's former glory.
People need places to hang out, shoot pool, drink some beers, smoke, play some cards and listen to some bands belt out some 70's and 80's rock.

Went from full on skating, 2v2 on the rink yesterday morning - to putting my foot through it this afternoon.
If it's in the sun - it's done!

I’ve heard nothing but good things about the 650 engine and the matryx chassis. I’m really hoping she loves it and just wants to ride! It was always a bit of a struggle getting her out on the Yamaha viper. Love the viper/cat chassis and Yamaha engine, but even I am starting to look for something a bit lighter, and I think Polaris is the way to go. I may end up on an 850 though lol
Hard to find a disgruntled owner out there, and if you do, they are certainly outnumbered.
Chassis is class leading IMO.
Great purchase.

They know how to do it in Temiskaming Shores too.
Sorry to hear some folks have had bad experiences, but I've sledded out of New Liskeard several times, and found the trails generally excellent. I'm sure they have there challenges though, just like everywhere else.
Trail conditions on the Wabi and Blanche Rivers, as well as Lake Temiskaming, are out of the club's control. I've also noticed the A Trail between the Wabi and Earlton can be subject to bad drifting, especially on the south side of the airport.
Generally, though, I've found the club to be very experienced and diligent with their grooming. Also very good at communicating their progress via regular Facebook updates. Here are the last three posts:
yeah, much like everywhere else in the Province, I have experienced 10/10 conditions there - and conditions less than 10/10, is what it is.
