My AT4 came with those stupid Goodyear Duratracs, So im riding my winters as much as i can. Ill probably buy the Bf Goodroch all terrains again. Great tire
I just heard that. Frigging wild
Those tires don't typically go as many miles as one would expect. I sell quite a few Toyo Open Country AT3, good wear and smooth. Doesn't hurt to look.

If you search on Facebook for "Follow Her North", Mylene has posted 2 videos today showing conditions around Hearst. She says that the intown trails are done. You will need to trailer out to where the trails get better.
I don't know how to link to Facebook here. She is a guide and has openings if you want to ride to Moosonee this coming weekend.

I have been following her website, she has quite a few pics from this year, her trips to James Bay.....not much snow. Lots of exposed rocks. Just a crazy year.

Lol, they are all overpriced junk.

Yup, just like everything else, the ones that understand ride the highs and the lows and adapt to available riding opportunities, the rest try and bail. Bailing right now is going to come at a huge loss.

There certainly isn't much demand for them.

A quick search of the globe shows a grim reality, the only cold weather is in Nunavut now and the foreseeable future.
I gotta believe these chemclouds are not helping with what we are look for as in a normal winter. You really have to wonder why weather forecasts are off even further then normal. There are reasons, it's just dependent on accepting those reasons.

Yes, even the shores of Hudson Bay are forecasting warmer weather, extremely warm for there this time of year.

Ya, OFSC doesn't list a district 8 anymore, MOST website is still up, but no new news and nothing on the 2024 season. Weird.

it's crazy, Attawapiskat looks the same, they have had the same weather!!!! I'm still riding my dirt bike in January, Justeen can't be distributing the global cooling fund properly, it's just not working, lol. My parents are in Gulf Shores Al and it is the same weather as here in the banana belt

Who are the new owners? I ask because when I read all the info. on fuel portion of the website it talks about the fuel dealer having been with them from the very start. That makes me think some of the ownership has been around in the past.
Stay safe and be well.

If we look back to the beginning, we have lost allot of great contributors. This last deal, I don't really understand. I guess some are not happy and have left, I respect that. The last few years the whole world has changed, there is separation everywhere, it has no boundaries. It's up to each individual to either get along, ignore, forget or forgive. There have been many over the years I didn't think much of, no different then every day life, mostly I just let it roll off. I've been part of some heated discussions on here, it is what it is, at the end of the day we all love the same sport. I wish the others would just come back and get over their differences, but if they don't they don't. It's their choice, and I firmly believe we all have a choice, just as our charter of Freedoms and rights states.
This is a tuff season province wide for our sport, I hope everyone finds happiness in what they are doing and gets to do some sledding, wherever that may be.

When I had my leaky tire, I first tried to find the leak on the treads, usual culprit - no luck and carried on.
Weeks went by and I was bored and the leak was starting to bother me so spent more time searching for it.
Laying time flat on he ground with the rim facing down and spay soap/water mixture around the rim on the side facing up so the water was pooling at the rim/tire surface is how I found the leak finally, very small slow leak.
Tire shops and the gas station repair shops like the one I worked at many many years ago used to have half moon tanks of water where you would submerse the tires in and turn until you saw the bubbles - I do not think they still have these anymore though.
I still have mine and use it often, problem is all these wheel/tire combo's are getting wider and taller, they don't fit so well in the tank.

I saw plenty of trucks driving through town packed full of snow today. Mother nature seems to be all excited about the carbon tax inflation.
