Well, I don't expect there will be any issues BUT, I have been hanging around Gravenhurst long enough ( almost 30 yrs now) to know that some of the locals like to subsidize their income by visiting cottagers in the dead of winter. Have a friend who has had 6 break ins over the years, two sleds stolen and one car. Where we have been renting the last 7 years, there was someone on site 24/7 to watch over things.
