FreezerBurnt Posted February 22, 2009 Share Posted February 22, 2009 This is the ride I did a couple of weeks ago Tested the new 09 Yamahas at their demo ride here this afternoon, me likes the 4stroke,tried my buddies 07 Apex RTX just before the ride. Love the sound woot.gif The Nytro XTX 144 is one sweet sled ,power was good as was the ride though I did bottom it out as it was on the soft setting. The reg Nytro FX was good also never did bottom it out but I prefer the XTX. The Phazer MTN.. ..... well never thought it would be that horrible,loud and no grunt at all and it being a mountain sled it bottom out quite often. The sled that I was most curious about surprised me with decent power and good ride was the Vector LTX 136 GT ,love the dial adjust suspension,the regular Vector 121 rode good too but preffered the LTX in the whoops just need about 3 inches more of riser on that chassis. Took my ZR down the same trail after, and wish I was back on the Nytro or Vector. I like the seating position on the Yamies especially the Nytro. Weather was perfect today about -9c/18f and sunny for the most part I wish Cat would have demo rides here Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
