First Wing Night of the season is next Friday.
Yes, it supposed to be the first Friday in October but there were conflicks with Thankgiving being on the same weekend.
I think you should cancel the wing nights until it snows. It has been feb 2011, since we could last ride there. I know it isn't happening tommorrow either, unless atver's get the word. We have to change something. I will now second the motion
to move the clubhouse. Hcsa usually always has rideable snow and is a short 3.5 hour hop from at Clements.

I wonder what the OFSC,OPP,STOP etc would say about selling alcohol at a clubhouse.
I remember opp walked into the club house a few years ago and the place cleared out within 30 seconds. Wasn't a sole left.

Thanks kindly for the info. I am assuming that you host the wing nights at the clubhouse or do you have a deal with a local watering hole?
The club house has a full kitchen, so they have volunteers that work in shifts that, pepare the wings, sauce them and then cook them. A good night the club can sell upwards of 450 ibs. They are licensed as well and sell beer too, which brings in some additional revenue.

Do your wing nite fundraisers do well?
It is crazy during open trails. In the past the club couldn't cook the wings fast enough. They bought a second cooker. That problem is solved. Be nice to get some white stuff early this year.

Wholesale chicken wings are getting pricey. As feed cost rise, processor's are requesting less production. The chicken wing consumption is actually increasing as this is occurring. I have heard wing's could be Wholesaling in the 3.50 per Ib range soon. Do you buy ahead of time blackstar?. Are you guys going to raise prices bait this year? I will probabily be out next Friday. Last year it was around 2 bucks a lbs
at the wholesale level. Big change. Maybe with
the NHL out, it will keep demand down.

I was going to go and then realized we still had no snow and the interactive map wouldn't load. I couldn't remember the address. DOH. Hopefully we will have snow in Jan and we all can ride, Have to cross your fingers and toes for this one.

Better put up a few signs or disaster will strike. People who are from out of town who parked there in the past won't get the message.

First Friday of the month. Dec 2 and Jan 6. Maybe we can setup an ocer table. I will be there both dates. Beautiful club house. We need snow to get the huge crowds, so dec 2 will be a good time to attend.

Was out to the club house on Saturday, looks like you added 60+ seats with the expansion into the garage! What is the latest we could show up in the 4th and still get wings?
Usually around 10:00pm. However it is the first wing night with snow and they have ran out in the past at around 7:30-8:00pm. They did add a second fryer last year, so they could cook up more wings. Ie they buy more now. It shouldn't be an issue, Blackstar says they won't run out this time
I plan on being there by about 6:30pm. We could go for a ride afterwords if you are up for it
