  1. Renegade X 900R getting uncrated tomorrow, dealer says nothing other than DESS missing, will verify once the crate is opened.  Installing 1+1 LinQ seat and a few other accessories, then home Thursday to install the rest of the accessories.  I'm on of the lucky ones (for a change).

Really happy for you. I'm still waiting on word on mine, which has a December month delivery, so means nothing.

I was beginning to think I  would have to invite you to join OX and Me in the POOG club, with some of the posts you were making about if your sled was late. (POOG=Pissed Off Old Guys).(All in fun). Maybe I'll see you this winter on my annual Pembroke to Spectacle Lake day trip.

    Cheers

I hope your, Ox's and Turbo Doo's sleds come in sooner than predicted, I know how frustrating it is.  I was indeed a card-carrying member of POOG, and still am LOL.

Let me know when you are up this way.

  3. My '22 Renegade X 900R arrived at my dealer this afternoon, won't know until Monday if its missing anything...but my dealer stated unequivocally that its going home later next week.  He did say they are receiving missing components daily, as well as chunks of their accessories order, and not to worry.  If it does come home next week, I will have enough time to install the accessories.

Surprisingly, my 1+1 seat kit along with the heated grips and passenger visor plug all arrived today by Purolator!  The dealer has a long list of sled buyers waiting on one, and the dealer had been told they are on backorder until February, but for some odd reason mine came in.

  4. Well my week-long window just closed that BRP had said mine would ship, without my dealer getting any notification.  Godammit...likely means delayed.  Have to wait till Monday for an update.  The Zoo Crew are leaving Boxing Day for either northern Ontario or Quebec, man I'm gonna be one hateful Santa if I'm stuck here.

I'm not sure going forward if I would buy again in the spring...

Gaspe and Spring storms - Nice. This is a mid Feb storm, which ended up shortening the trip for everyone, and ending the season for me. Gaspe, you have to factor in weather days. It can take them 2 days to get trails open after a storm. Great riding when the trails are open.

Yikes!  Thankfully two of the guys I'd be going with have done the Gaspe before, all I have to do is load my sled into the trailer and pack me stuff...

Personally after having done Cochrane the past few years through New Years  I would suggest Kap instead which is what we are likely going to do, Trails around Cochrane get beat up pretty good with the amount of traffic, I heard the Westway is already sold out for a couple nights.

Timmins can be hit or miss depending on how the season starts, few water crossings and trails that take a little longer to open for them as I recall.

Cant speak for north of SSM but might be a little early for them.

Have you picked dates yet for Kap?

To promote Remembrance, The Royal Canadian Legion erects and maintains war memorials and cenotaphs across Canada, including the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The memorials and cenotaphs serve as gathering places for ceremonies on Remembrance Day, and for other Remembrance milestones throughout the year. They are important symbols of our commitment to honouring and remembering the sacrifices of our Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP, peacekeepers, as well as their families and communities. Unlike monuments, which are structures that pay tribute to the achievements, heritage, or ideals of a person, group, event or time in history, war memorials and cenotaphs are built to honour and remember those killed in conflicts. War memorials help us to never forget.

Tomb.....................................P.O.S was taking pictures on the Tomb of the Unkown soldier.

    I have no words

I have some words...but those words would get me permanently kicked off this site...

Hopefully that doesn’t change on you. I find lots of broken promises on most equipment or power sports delivery dates now. They just blame covid and push dates out. I waited an extra 3 months on zero turn I bought last October. Dealer never did get it. Good luck and hope to see your new sled pictures before xmas, cheers.

Agreed!  I won't celebrate until the crate (and any missing parts) are in my dealers yard.  It would be a sweet Christmas gift!  Cheers

My buddy with a Mach and my Ren X, dealer as of yesterday is still forecasting mid December delivery, based on his info from BRP.

Here's hoping...talked to my dealer today, no change as of yet to my December delivery.  He said the gauges that are being held up are the 7.8" deluxe gauge (I didn't order mine with), and the Ice Ripper tracks.
