I am sitting in Chapleau right now on our way to Wawa. I am trying to get an update from HH.
I don’t know how much snow they got last night there but I talked to Patrick from Dubreuilville at 8 last night and it was snowing like crazy there

It was a tough go though there yesterday lots of drifting snow

I know the shuttle is an option but, no way I am putting my sled on an open trailer, to get covered in road crap for 60kms, then finish my ride. I would ride out and back, or pick a destination with day riding loop trails, before doing that to a 20k dollar toy. Ski
I totally agree ! We are going to black creek after Dubreuilville taking the long way back to New Liskard

Looks like we will follow your route in about 4 weeks. Depart Matane Monday am Feb 28 and back into Matane Saturday pm March 5. How well did it work for fuel stops? I think your on 2 stroke this year? Did you find oil along the way or pack it from the start? Hope you don’t mind the questions, good to hear first hand info. Thanks. Jim
We started in RDL but I think starting in Matane is a better idea if you’re riding for 7 days . We are riding for 11 days so we were looking for more turf to cover . Fuel has been no problem . Yes we are on two strokes I packed enough oil I think but there has been oil some places but I would bring some with you . I fill my gas can with oil and also put a 4 litre jug in the bag behind the seat If you have any more questions don’t hesitate to ask. Mark
