Edited original post to add pictures. Sorry for the shaky hands in a couple of them

Yes it is.

It really is pretty disappointing in this day and age. This is the exact information I was given about 5 or 6 years ago. It really is not that expensive to upgrade the wireless to provide coverage and especially since the cell coverage is so poor, you would think that they would consider it almost mandatory. They are not really that far removed from the population centers.

I have a never worn, never dropped helmet for sale. I have added a GpPro mount on the right side and a pair of Castle Goggles (clear). The goggles are attached with a quick release strap.
The helmet is size large and is Matte Black. Here is the link to the CKX Catalogue page.
Asking $300

Sure hope they keep the snowmobile tree! Unique landmark on the trail.

Seems to me that the "Dawg House" was closed on our last trip from Cochrane near the end of March. No, we didn't stop in to check

If you go into Mattawa for fuel and you are going to Bonfield, you should continue north and west via A112A and BF201. Real nice trails that take you right to the Dinner Bell.

When I have done the RAP tour we always include Antlers in Deux Riviere and Fortune's Madawaska Valley Inn.
Fortunes is pretty good, too.

Bear's Den is a good spot. Restaurant and bar on site, gas and convenience store almost next door.
Also, I have had great luck with Valois. Restaurant is good and rooms are clean and spacious. Check their website as the rooms in each of the buildings have different rates.
Another vote for Spectacle Lake Lodge as well.

Putting together an unfortunately early, End Of Season Ride.
Trailer to Kapuskasing Wednesday March 9, Ride Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (hopefully meet Nunz and crew and Denis007 and family at Moonbeam Clubhouse), and return home Sunday.
I am not sure that we will get another weekend so this will probably be it.
Anyone interested?

I seem to remember that our '66 had a pop up light and the '67 was lever controlled. I remember Dad had a cord that he would tie around the lever because it would bounce out of the stop and the light would close over the bumps. I put quite a few hours on that '67.

Almost looks like a 66 but the spring loaded headlight looks covered. I wonder if the cowl was repaired and repainted?
