Thanks for the help team. I did fill out the form correctly but when I submit it comes back saying my "transaction" number is incorrect. I have used the correct number and I registered two sleds so I tried them both with the same result. I am going to try the phone number that Piston Lake Cruiser provided. If they had a check box to donate this money to the club I would as the services and trail grooming is superior in every way. It would be like a tip. LOL

Is anyone else having an issue with the online form to collect your insurance back from the annual trail pass? When I reach out to the Quebec Snowmobile association about this they told me to contact Intact Insurance directly. Of course there was no contact information provided.

I had an issue with the power cord on my first attempt to use it. It was replaced by a local dealer. Then within about 8 hours of use the visor started to cloud over indicating separation between the outside glass and the heating element. Went to a local Quebec dealer and they took one off a new helmet and got me on my way. They said this was the second helmet so far.

Oxygen helmet is the best IMO. Field of vision is terrific, the comfort/fit is even better and the helmet light on the back is a bonus safety feature. It also has a "heated garage" for the pull down sun visor. It is no longer dripping with moisture when you want to use it. Also, mine came with a 4 year warranty when I bought it I am not sure if this is still in place but just a heads up. They did have an issue with the visors but stop at any Doo dealer and they are replaced on the spot no questions asked.
