oldslowsledder Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Nobody have any predictions? Will Ski Doo up 600 to 650?? Big Bore 900+ maybe? 850 Turbo available in more sleds? Quote
oldslowsledder Posted February 16 Posted February 16 How about Polaris? A better 4 stroke option? A lower hp liquid cooled 600 and get rid of that gas guzzling 550 fan? Will they fix the shock calibration on the XCR that Snowtrax says they screwed up? Quote
scottyr Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Seeing as BRP or Polaris are not having any type of Dealer Meeting to annouce a new product, that tells me that MY27 is going to be pretty quiet. BNGs and some minor tweaks. 1 Quote
stoney Posted February 17 Posted February 17 EPS for the Doo? But I cannot imagine there will be anything big coming out. Quote

They are pushing 4 strokes for reduced warranty claims I heard. 2 Quote

The one they have is a joke really. I see them sitting at dealers un sold all the time. Last ones to sell it seems. I am hoping for a starfire special with twin factory pipes, oval racing loop on handle bar with 900R and 210 hp, with dynamics 👌 Quote

Yamaha is gone. Polaris and Cat can continue to make the good stuff. Quote

Yamaha does not have a patent on EPS. I won’t be surprised to see BRP put it on the 900 turbos so they can run a more aggressive ski. 2 Quote

Spiderman Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Doo is out. Meh, Confirmed for me that: A. Don't really like their stuff B. Pricing is ridiculous C. I'll still be shopping for a non-current something else I'm too cheap to drop that kind of coin on a sled Quote
Baylaker Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Skidoo release was extremely lame. Colours are horrible, who comes up with these colour choices?? 1 Quote
signfan Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Disappointed to not see eps. Personally I like the yellow. But yeah not a great release. New 600 motor I have no interest in. Will compete with the Polaris 650 though I guess. 2 Quote
Steve F6 Posted February 17 Posted February 17 On the fence on a new 600rr. Surprised with the 20% oil reduction. It was already around 70:1 at times on past 600r sleds i've had. I'll have to find out if the bottom end is oiled or iso flexed. Price aint bad either on a adrenaline 600, simple gauge and kyb 36's. Nice light muskoka trail sled. One thing i liked finally seeing is a heated brake handle! 2 Quote
Baylaker Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Heated brake lever and adjustable seat and bumper. The accessory line up looks to be pretty cool Quote

So it might make sense for them to be going that route. Quote
Sledguy74 Posted February 18 Author Posted February 18 My wife likes the idea of a heated rear seat on the titan 850….. over $2000 to get both seats heated lol Quote
scottyr Posted February 18 Posted February 18 Both Polaris and BRP seem to be very conservative for MY27. There is nothing from either manufacturer that has me even thinking about ordering a 27. I predict major changes from both of them for MY28. 1 Quote
