anyone have any updates on the above areas been a long time since the sprudale hotel era just wondering what its like these days

The Carling trails have been great this year from Nobel north. The Seguin is usually pretty good also.

Unfortunately you can't get from the north end of Parry Sound to the south end. No trail through town and the bypass is closed.
