Trail 44

According to the Happy Wanderers FB page they posted that last weekend they were going in there with an arborist to see how much deadfall and work the trail needed in order to open it.

We’ve had a lot of inquiries on 41 and 44 out by Fraserburg. We’ve been trying to get 41 going but there’s a deep mud hole created by ATVs (up to your chest deep). Until that freezes we’re at a standstill. On Saturday we have a crew with an arborist going into 44 to check the status of the swamps and clear all kinds of trees that came down in the huge summer storm. Stay tuned and always check the Interactive Trail Guide for trail status. Appreciate your patience. It’s been a challenging year in more ways than one. But let me say this, Happy Wanderers perseveres and we have the best team around!! They’ve been working seven days a week to bring you quality trails. Enjoy each day ... on and off the trails.

damn ok. was looking for a loop on saturday

We are hoping to have the B trail open for the weekend, Happy Wanderer's just needs to stake Wood Lake and Trail 3 opened so you could make a loop to Gravenhurst that way.

Hope this helps.
