revrnd
I know this may sound cold, but WTF was he doing on the river? Access to it from B106E (the railbed) or the east side is non-existent if not very difficult. Those of you that have sledded along the trail or driven along Hwy62 where the river is very close, know that even in the coldest winters, there is a LOT of open water. I see he was from the Ailsa Craig area, so he may not have been familiar w/ the area. Which leads to the old 'saw', "If you don't know, don't go". DOOBEE
Dint think I've ever seen anyone riding it, only crossing under the bridge or over to the sword. Not easy to get onto anywhere in town.
