That may be the case now but a couple of years ago it was a lot of time-consuming effort to get a permanently closed trail deleted from the ITG. We had the same experience as Crow. I'm not sure whether it was lack of concern at Barrie or lack of education at the District level. D9 has a health and safety meeting for all groomer operators yearly, before the season starts. It is required that operators have their driver's licence number on file or new operators provide such,.
