My Dad in the earlier years of the Port Perry club. Chain saw in hand and on top of the world out building trails with a great group of friends, he loved it.

Sadly he passed away last night.

R.I.P. Pops, we miss you.

Sorry to hear that.

I did same thing. Nice ride into tunnel lake. Hydro line was an amazing goat path type trail with steller views. Snow always better farther north compared to riding d trail near highway.  I remember it being a long day too approx 200 km’s I believe.

Be ware of where access to that area from the south side goes through a farmers driveway, and apparently that route is NOT public access.

I was trying to find the road in there, and then a log truck went right through this guys farm, so - obviously that's the road I'm lookin' fer.

Very strange set-up, but ... ???

The guy had us gated and locked in when we came back out later that night.

We had words. Neither of us was happy.

Vintage Photos

Since we are waiting for snow, how about we share some vintage photos from years gone by.  I was going through my collection this morning and it certainly brings back some great memories.  Here's one; my 1st XLT - a 1993 580 SKS.  Had great results with this sled. Triples were hot in the 90's.  I even bought the matching helmet and jacket. Have no idea why I sold the sled?

Looking forward to seeing other rider photos.

I still ride my 96 xlt don't having matching suit though! And my hair not as long!

My '01 600:

Image may contain: snow, tree, sky, outdoor and nature

I think the Formula Z was a 670 w/ the ARM rear suspension.

Put some miles on this '03, I wasn't impressed w/ the handling:

Wow we had 1976 and 1978 star fire. 76 was a 440 with twin pipes a real monster for the times. 78 was a 250 that looked similar to your picture.

I have no idea on either question. If it is homemade whoever did the bodywork is a real craftsman.

What model of Doo you think it is? It looks to me like its either a twin track or a very wide single track. I thought at first it was maybe an Alpine but the trailing arms don't fit with that thought do they?

That looks like the ticket Blake. The  front end on the picture I posted looks like it may have started  out life as a Chrysler PT Cruiser hood.
