Make a ridiculously low ball offer... they just may take it. You never know... it's been for sale for a while.

Yeah but then I would have to put it back up for sale and then people would low ball me too. Only way to do it, is to get it cheap, fix it and operate it for awhile and then turn it for a good price. Will take awhile to build clientele back up now.

Good Luck

Price has increased to $500K from the $359K.

I have a foggy memory of being in that place one Saturday night, circa 1977. Place was packed.

Love the white wash paint job outside. And those rooms are to die in. I mean for. Whoever is doing the lipstick on the pig scam looks like they were all kicked out of those beds for the photos. Left there booze out and all lol. To bad had a few good memories there.

Had a lot of great times and memories from there - love that spot.

Hopefully someone takes it on and brings it back to life - exactly the kind of place we need right now

It looked better when it was brick, before painted, and I agree, the photographer didnt set up the rooms very well for the pics.  Looks like a kinda sleazy dumpy spot that way.

don't ever remember when it wasn't a dump.

food was never that good

beer is beer

local trail tramps were a touch off putting from my memory (we kept out distance)

was a short rip from there back to the cottage in Katrine via the lake.

but YES many memories !

needs to be knocked down and something else built there,

Good, hopefully it stays put and can be brought back to it's former glory.

People need places to hang out, shoot pool, drink some beers, smoke, play some cards and listen to some bands belt out some 70's and 80's rock.
