cookster Posted April 2, 2015 Share Posted April 2, 2015 well the bug got me on sunday, so i loaded sled in back of truck and off i went to cottage for the week. glad i did the trails where mint up to today "warn and light rain" should make for icy condition for fri and sat rides as temp`s are suppose to drop again. traffic was little and groomers out in full force. 2 days of riding managed to put on 756 more km`s and best part 85% or better fresh groomed trails. we will see what fri and sat bring for riding. today is movie day to wet for riding. couple pic`s Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

cookster Posted April 2, 2015 Author Share Posted April 2, 2015 there will be lots of good trails to ride, only poor spots will be where log truck hauling spots or plowed roads and road crossings. last nites ride after a warmer day was showing signs of gravel /snirt rain holding off as of 1.40pm so this is good and it is only +5 out.. Trails are like concrete, some spots, glare ice ... sleds gettin`squirrely just letting off the gas when entering a corner .... more traffic breaks it up though, and we`ve got scratchers on both sleds now so no worries.
