Maybe this is why the North hates the South...(it's a joke guys relax)

I'm listening to 680News online and the chick that did the weather just reported Toronto is about to get significant snow accumulation overnight, because of the lake effect snow machine firing up...

Ready, hold you hat.....

2-4cm in total for Toronto in the next 24-36hours.......

I didn't know an inch of snow was significant.

Going by the Weather Network radar map it shows snow in Haliburton area since about 10:30. Accurate as usual......nothing at all, not one flake except for the guy doing the forecast.

15 cm that they were calling for here has been wet snow (1cm this morning) ice pellets, rain and now it is back to ice pellets and freezing rain.

The snow has reached us here in irkland Lake. I stopped for gas on the way back from work and after 10 minutes, the car was covered again.

LET IT FALL!!!

I actually heard them say 'Freezing rain turning into rain or snow'.

Isn't that just the same as saying 'We don't have a clue what's going to happen but we're pretty sure crap is going to keep falling from the sky'.

Official tally this Friday morning for Sault and Echo Bay area , we got 12 inches since noon yesterday.

The storm is pretty well done here, we might get another inch today.

I guess I drag the Panther 340 into the garage tommorrow and try to get it started after summer storage and hopefully gas treatment did the trick. It hates cold weather starts ! So I warm it in garage. :)

depending on the trail yes, like the trail connecting my club to the eastern side needs well over 2 feet

Yet some of my old club trails need 20cm max as most of our trail is an abandonned rail line + there are tons of old mine roads :D

All I know is I will try to go sledding there early next week ;)

Trails are rough but still fun. I got to try out the suspension settings and all looks good so far.

Here's a pic from the front window showing what we have so far.
