Plan on reserving a night there. Based on the reviews about a week ago, the new owners are making substantial renovations and changes to the place. Many people I find who complain are the ones who think they know about running a hotel but have absolutely no experience but love to voice negative comments. I believe the experience you have is determined by yourself and if you arrive already entitled and too lazy to even clean up your mess when you leave it shows the character of that person.
