  1. You might have to go farther into Quebec to start. My friend lives in Temiscaming. ice base on trails but roads are shot. Maybe weather will turn around 😎.
  2. Quebec going to be real busy now.
  3. At least no thunder storm yet 🙏
  4. That's bad too. Is motel in town steady with workers still? I bet resturant in town is feeling absence of sledders too.
  5. I still be disappointed if I went.
  6. Shell station on highland and ire needle blvd has a big sign outside now, stating thier shell premium 93 is E free. Heard government letting a few select stations in various cities sell it for race cars and marine applications. 😎 Got vette all ready to go today. Fill it up and report back 😎
  7. They are nice. Fast sled and realible. Seen few not in real great shape. That 2000 seems to be rare to find. First year of new round design.
  8. Yeah it was an 07, carb iq. Fun sled to ride for most part. It was a little tippy. Didn't realize it was still fushion with mountain hood. My dad rode Polaris since 60's. His first skidoo was a 2017 grand touring that he enjoyed for 3 years before he died. He didn't like look and design of rush sleds at the time.
  9. They had 600's too. Bought a 600 cc iq for my dad. Too good of a deal to pass up. No issue with that one. My uncle still has it today with just under 15,000 km's on odometer.
  10. Forget about those they shouldn't even be yellow 😆
  11. Yeah going to be a cooker summer. Lake should be nice and warm by may 24 weekend 😆. Maybe it be good for beer sales.
  12. I wish I had kept my 1994 Polaris xcr 440. It had 14,000 miles though. Those Polaris ultra with xtra 12 was pretty nice too. Weather killing sport now. Seen so many nice used ones come up for sale lately too.
  13. Eeekeee. I have no experience with Polaris triples. Only tripple I ever owned was that 2003 Yamaha viper. Good engine, good handling sled. Ride was terrible for it's time. Mach z we had trouble with engines. My friend blew his up twice. Then he got a Mach 1 700 late 99's model no issues with that one. I have been eying some classic to purchase and maybe there is a reason you can't find many storms 😆, especially in wedge chassis. I came across a nice 1993 xlt special with 2300 original miles. The guy has owned it since 1994. Thinking of going and getting it for fun. Looks mint for year.,
  14. Wow I see why you aren't a Polaris guy now. 😆
  15. Exactly. Be pretty scary if he was drugged up riding all over place. Last thing you think about is a sledder having a gun in his back bag 😳.
  16. I seen bikes too. This is similar to 1999 just a tad warmer. It was second warmest winter on record. Wonder if this one will top it?
  17. 1999. I believe. I got rained out in north bay this time of year. Not as bad as this year up to now but after rain it never came back. That was end of sledding season. Got 300 miles on before rain ruined it. Stopped at deer hurst on way home that year it was real bad. Everyone was packing up going home or taking chance to go to Cochrane.
  18. Alternatives aren't great. You know goat is on drugs too and he go to bed with yours truly and go eeehawww we win over pee pee 😎.
  19. Any idea how things are going in Quebec? Next week looks a little grim?
  20. Quebec City has 5 days in a row abo e zero. That do some damage too.
  21. High powered xcr is rumour. I was hoping they bring storm name back to compete with last year of srx. either or will work. Probabily save storm for a limited role out of new chassis like skidoo did with Mach z.
  22. Atv's aren't huge sellers either. They last forever, way longer then sleds. My 2011 grizzly has close to 1500 hours on it now. Those engines seem to be good for 4000 plus hours, if not swamped out. Like sleds they don't want to give you anything with some hours on it. I do too many hours so after two or three years I am stuck with it. I bought this grizzly from wild bill in 2016, with 50 hours 😎. I haven't even changed belt drive yet and I tow my chicken cart almost every day.
  23. Sudbury no good either
  24. Yeah some dealers will just say screw it and close up and just do service. That's happened to allot of dealers around here. Sure glad I am not a snowmobile dealer after this whacko winter. I even see guys on market place trying to down load unused 2 stroke oil from this season. 😆
