My dad had a place on surgeon lake and the water levels always dropped well before ice.

I maintain them well and ride them until the repair doesn't make economical sense. That's the main reason I'm on a four stroke now.

My Polaris edge 800 dropped an exhaust valve into the cylinder about 5min into the ride. Kicker is my dad lost his top end at the exact same time, we were 50ft from each other. Wasn't all bad, I had someone to drink with back at the cottage.

Saw the same thing this year at a warm up shelter near Dorset. Even worse the degenerates had taken some wood siding off and were using it in the fire People like that deserve mob justice

I've had no major issues with it this year. Worth the $3 or $4 IMHO, especially now that you can download the maps to use offline.

Went for a couple hour ride from wasaga ,penetang, Midland, waubashene for gas and back. Couldn't complain about trails given snow levels, all the clubs have done a great job

Yea not good when unfamiliar with the area and running low on fuel. If the distances aren't correct, they shouldn't be included.

I believe it would Blake. Install is pretty simple, 4 clamps and then wiring for brake light. The previous owner never wired the brake light. Easy with two guys, my wife struggled.
