Your not going to believe what happened to my brand new Rollerski. We took our 3 sleds to get serviced before we head to Quebec they put the wheels down and rammed them in the trailer,bending 4 wheels I  am so pissed never even used them yet.so as soon as they brought the trailer home we noticed the damage to the wheels and I  called him and had a stern talk about they should have never lowered the wheels ,so he is ordering me 4 Idler wheels .
