1. Lost 1 in Barry's Bay a couple of years ago. Long story that made me add a key tag afterwards. Got the DESS key back as I had mentioned where we were staying.
2. As slomo once said, it's too bad people w/ no sense of customer service buy these places.
3. That was the word he used to describe it...
4. Any reports on the Caswell? Prior to 2008, a co-worker stayed there and was not impressed.
5. And my understanding going forward pres' is the only official position. I know in the past some directors were operators and had to leave the meeting when wages were being discussed. Now that the district is handling wages, that is mo longer a concern.
6. @Ox SxSs & quads are legal here as well. No tire requirements, but I know what you mean. Last summer had a guy running back & forth thru the village on a Can Am set up for mudding. He lived a few miles up the paved County road. I cant imagine that being conducive to long tire life 14" TSL Super Stampers seem to be a common DOT tire that guys will run on 'the street'.
7. @Turbo Doo @Blake G Still some snow in D2
8. Club president emailed this out to us volunteers https://ca.jobelist.net/jobs-detail/6353a095ab84cda9/manager-trail-programs-job-openings-ofsc-ontario-federation-of-snowmobile-clubs-barrie
9. Its just the foil. Doesn't appear to be much adhesive on the back.
10. Back @ sorting the trail cam pics.
11. Our 2 days of riding in Parry Sound were OK but my the time we got back to the Jolly Roger area the trail had turned to chocolate pudding.
12. Found this yesterday on E107 if anyone needs 1 for the weekend
13. They stock for what their customers have & what they typically service. Are they in Bancroft supposed to have a RH 'adjustable stance' ski for a 2019 Summit?
14. No this is not an April Fools...
15. There was 1 winter around '95 or '96 (I had my 440) that the snow went away across the province in 1 weekend. We were riding in Parry Sound & our our way home, everything from Orillia to Port Perry was bare. I read in OSM or Supertrax the following season that the snow disappeared all the way to Pembroke that weekend.
16. Lindsay B' has moved to VR Land to read the 6 o'clock news. I rode the last day of winter over here back in '19. Conditions were getting a bit 'crunchy' for lube, & cooling.
17. Quite a few years ago I saw an item about a little commercial van that GM Turkey built. About the same size as the little rebadged Chev (Nissan) van.
18. X2 on that. Just move around your cursor.
19. I see EC has updated their radar imagery on their website.
20. True, it's one thing to carry sled parts but carry 3 lines would be a bit much.
21. Someone said sled deck? https://www.msn.com/en-us/autos/enthusiasts/gm-china-launches-249000-pickup-with-fold-down-bed-sides-thatll-never-make-it-to-america/ar-BB1eQNlt
22. Prior to the pandemic, if I called Gateway 1 morning to order a part, they'd know the 'inventory status' of the part. Most stuff that I ever need is usually in the next day. "I'll pick it up Thursday". (which is our usual Ptbo trip).
23. Cab is an option. Speaking from experience we'd wear a parka coat driving 1 outdoors in the winter. In the summer time we went 'doors off' like the Jeepers do. I think you'd want to beef up the tunnel if you were thinking of that.
