  2. I'm a man. The world is my toilet. As for the wife, if you ever ride in my truck, do not touch the red solo cup in the bottom pocket of the door. Its not for drinking out of.........

  7. I could see where they would also be useful as a funnel for topping up fluids....the oil input on 600ace and 900ace skidoos in particular. WOW - just noticed they are on sale too!

  8. Can she put up a youtube video? Sounds like a skill a few of our spouses should adapt given the times. My plan to create a detachable toilet seat to the truck running board used with front and rear doors open to provide a screen did not meet with much enthusiasm.

  9. And another note I decided to change my display on my dash to show my milage. Ya it's winter and I am pulling my work trailer around town. Not good I put my digital speedometer back up. LoL

  11. My intent was not to hurt your feelings.....just be careful you don't inflict more pain on yourself.

  12. Your fuel door appears to be hinged on the side closest to the rear of the trailer. Switch it around so the hinge is on the side toward the front. If for some reason it doesn't get latched / locked properly the wind will keep it closed if the hinge is to the front rather than have it swing open and bang against the body of the trailer or worse get torn off.

  13. Oh Jimbo not nice to make fun of someone with a disability. Never been in so much pain in my life. I would never wish this on anyone or any other injury for that matter, no matter how it comes about. If you don’t have your health you don’t have much in life. Karma always goes around in circles I find.

  21. I was running the same truck with the same trailer as Blake. I think we picked up our trailers the same day LOL. I get about 16.4 to 16.7L 100km. I am running 6 speed transmission with 308 gears and find it a bit of a problem on windy & slushy days. It has a hard time holding its speed on a light upgrade. My buddy is running the same truck with 323 gears towing a tritan 167 and he is about the same as me on fuel. We will see how the new truck works. Decided to try the new 3.0L duramax. More torque and at lower rpm. where the 5.3 is less torque but at high rpm. Should work well.

  22. It is well cared for. Older gent from quebec just at the border sold it to us. He is retired, was out working on the trails with his club and was struck by a tree as it was cut down. Hit him on the head, was in hospital three months and then much rehab. He is sad to sell but can no longer ride. I thought he was going to shed a tear as we drove off as he came to terms with a part of life he so loved was no longer going to be there. He spent an hour showing us every little detail of the sled.

  23. One of the employees on the local Parks and rec dept, who is also a member of the same volunteer FD as me knows I'm involved with the club. After a particular busy weekend where the local community centre parking lot was full of trucks and trailers, I was asked to remind people to take these things home with them when they leave the parking lot, and not dump them on the ground beside the trailer. Apparently there was a few disposable ones left in the parking lot.

  24. I know you did Dave. Not that I need to be discuss all our club's financials on a public forum but we basically had our Wing Nights and help from the businesses who hang signs on the clubhouse walls as predictable income. At the end of most years we would break even, give or take a couple hundred dollars. Our "profits" came from opening the clubhouse on the weekends when trails were open (which hasn't happened much in the last 5-6 years). Without the alcohol sales, we are in the red by a fair margin. Making $.60 on a can of pop is not going to cover the losses from those sales. We are in a state of on going negotiations with the new property owner as we try to adjust to the changes.
