  1. Just a heads up that one of the options that I had encouraged for food in Hornepayne in the past, the Hospital Cafeteria, is no longer serving food to outside clients. Due to some changes in staffing/services offered to the Long Term Care residents they are unable to sell food to non-residents. I know Denis and possibly a few others had been in the past just wanted to let everyone know so they do not try and get dissapointed. Cindy's has expanded the restaurant area and the new manager is working hard to try and improve offerings and services. Overall it seems that things are going well there. There have been some rumblings of changes at Uncle's, once I hear more I will update this thread.

  4. NRSA volunteers have been busy getting ready for the upcoming season. Thought I would share a few pictures of trail work and if you're looking for a quick trail side stop in NRSA territory look for the newest stopping area, here is the video.

  8. I have 2 of the Bell MX-9 helmets with the electric shield, was very happy with them, I did buy one of the new CKK Mission helmets from Wildbill at the Toronto Sled show, from everything I read about it and talked to some that actually used the prototypes last year it should be a good helmet, I really liked the AMS system and that is pretty much a Titan with an electric Shield with better venting. Time will tell if it is as good as they are hyping it to be. I will be sure to do a report on it once the season starts up.

  10. I learned last year to avoid the last minute nonsense. Also, kudos to them figuring out the LARGE issue of VINs and people who have decided they want a trail pass, and have not decided on a sled yet. The gift card option is well received, by me anyway. Also, resolve to ride with Paulslund more this year.
