  1. Got close to 2ft here off the lake. After work yesterday and part of tonight was spent blowing snow, but I finally got out for a short ride.

  2. The fact that Ryan is willing and welcome to stick around to help with the transition speaks volumes about him and the current OFSC board

  4. Just moved to Lake Scugog this summer. This is my first time watching the lake freeze. I cannot believe how quickly the ice came in! The ice machine was working OVERTIME!!! LOL Picture #1: Tuesday Morning (Nov 12). Just slush washing up on shore. Picture #2: Taken today Thursday Morning (Nov 14). Lake is frozen right across (and I live near the widest section of the lake!) Picture #3: Bonus pic of my first rip of the season! Felt so good to get out! Never been sledding in November!! LOL

  12. It’s a good place For an early season ride, Is it perfect nope, and depending on the conditions it may be good or not so good. But a ride is a ride, last Christmas instead of going there we trailered to Mattawa and rode missing links trails instead and had a great days ride.

  13. x2 on this. Used to be a good place for an early season ride before OFSC trails are open to scratch that itch. For a newby to the sport, it is a good as they offer rentals, lodging, food, gas and a trail system that is usually well maintained having plenty of cottage roads that is their main trail system. And do not forget, they actually make their own snow too.....

  14. Look at what you are using for comparison. The OFSC versus Amazon. A massive multi-billion $ corporation with an enormous IT department with specialists that code sales and fulfillment systems all day every day. Then they have their own massive distribution / fulfillment centres. It's like comparing your neighbourhood variety store to WalMart
