SlowTouringGuy
Great crew! How much of that snow and ice is still there? Plenty. The rain settled it and it's packed and freezing now. We had a couple of inches of new snow this afternoon - I just got in from a short 'bop' under 10km and it is surprisiningly good. No lake running today but hopefully overnight temps will get rid of the rainwater that was sitting on the ice this morning. The downside is Friday's forecast. 2bsledding
Good! That sounds promising. Snowcrest crews worked on C101D from Muskoka Wharf to Southwood Rd today. This section of C101D is now open Limited. Just waiting for parts to arrive for our small Mogul Master drag, and we will hit some of the areas that we are unable to cross with the big tractor, early in the week. We will be using our 2008 Scandic with the Mogul Master drag. All 3 industrail groomers will be out tonight. Keeping fingers crossed we might be able to open B trail tomorrow or early next week. Snowcrest website has been updated.
