AkronOrange Posted March 3, 2009 Share Posted March 3, 2009 We looked for an out of the way place to start and end a trip we had planned. I thought French River would keep us out of the Sudbury mess. I had heard some nice things about the Owl's Nest but they were full when we neede to stay. They recommended the Countryside. This is an old converted school house that has been made into a hotel and restaurant. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers and the owner is a snowmobiler himself. The rooms are nice and the prices reasonable. It is right on one of the local trails. The people are great and enjoy having snowmobilers as guests.
