white dragon Posted March 26, 2019 Share Posted March 26, 2019 Fabio,fire 424,wild bill,amber,lily & myself left early morning mar 17 in 2 trucks armed with nothing less 800cc sleds.We met in st-donat around 4 pm Quebec time at the grocery store to buy a wk supply of food...and booze.fire242 had booked us into 4 bedrm place close to the lake & in town.We unloaded our gear & settled in,maps & cells were out planning our route..we had a great dinner & couldn't wait to get started.. Monday morning we headed out to find a access to the lake,as end of our road had a 10ft plowed pile of snow.1 street over & we are on our way.We found our main trail & a gas station with easy access,now to rip up some trails.Seems we have a changing of the guard in our group,out with the old & in with the new..Fabio is our new front man.fire 242 still runs things from the back.Kinda like a sled dog team,lead dog..middle dogs & boss at back..anyhow...We did a little loop & found a 2nd gas station & restaurant,it had rabbits,cats,birds & quite a weapon selection... having a hell of a time with pics,i will continue this stupid computer..lily found a friend little odd for restaurant day 1 we made it to saint-come,put on 160 miles.We noticed trails were not in perfect condition in & around town,was gonna fire off a e-mail but decided to hold off to be continued...
