Now my question, does ofsc insurance cover his liability while riding legally on an ofsc trail on his property is an accident was to happen and he was at fault? That is what I figured. Afterall, it is an ofsc trsil, and it is insured by ofsc landowner agreement. he legally does not require any insurance on his property so it only makes sense. I just read on fb about some dick hassling a landowner on his own property. This is a an example of what we may see while riding and we should never jump to conclusions.
