Jason T Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 The freezing rain we received, and what we are suppose to get tomorrow, wont do anything to our tail base i don't think. Off the trail the snow is hip deep and im 6'2! Were getting a couple cms of snow today. The temps are staying -5 to -10 even with the freezing rain. This weekend our daytime highs are staying around -10. Hope that helps, we have had good snow this year, and has been a great winter, Trails are in Great shape! (Thanks Groomers!) atventure Posted February 6, 2019 Share Posted February 6, 2019 Only thing you MAY have to worry about is lube for your sliders until we get a bit of fresh snow. We still have well over 4ft im the north bay area, if anything this rain and warmer weather HELPED our trails by making the base firmer. We’re leaving early Friday morning and hopefully getting into suds for around 9-10am and riding moose loop (I think) Into the evening. then riding another loop Saturday, my buddies are coming up Friday night and I think they will be riding with us all day Saturday. Then hopefully if the girfriend isnt drained, we’ll be riding this loop Sunday. Your more than welcome to join us on any of those days soup! Staging at valley inn every day. I recommend staying away from the West, poker run from chemmy to windy lake and back Saturday. Sunday looks like a nice ride but would be cool to go to killarney and the to little current across the big water. I can show you a few shortcuts as well.
