Looking for a pic from our trip thru Amos back in '08 & I started going thru some our trip albums.

From my 1st Northern Blastoff in 2000, lunch @ the Companion. My MXZ500 is parked beside the 700 XC

We stayed @ the Two Bridges in Kap'. It did not get a favourable rating...

Cool. The suits and the sleds look so old yet 2000 seems like just yesterday to me.

I'll try to remember to post a pic that you might recognise.

Yep, riding a 1998 Touring lE 440 this year.. LOL and my father in law's 1997 touring 380.  Just getting back into it after the family / kids thing. I forsee a 4 stroke in my future.

My touring 440 has now over 24thousand on it !!! (mostly not by me) still on the trails this year, always starts, runs, low maintenance, just keeps going. With regular maintenance of course. spent about $400.00 on it this year, seat cover, carbides, ski skins, all new idlers, new belt, chain case oil.

Old rail bridge North east of Sudbury, the official trail goes around it now, there are no railings or sides so you want to be SLOWLY going across. Its not in the best of shape, but the view is spectacular.

There's also a long bridge (off trail) east of Cochrane.

That's the one, I think its actually in better shape now, those big holes have wood over them. Definatley a point of interest if ever up that way.

It’s not scary at all. There’s grooves in the rail ties, your skis just follow Them.

X 2... have been across it by sled, and by ATV in the summer. The view is well worth it.

It's an evolutionary thing.....designed to keep early humans from going back up into the trees once they adapted to walking on two legs on land. It's a fact.

Heights don't tend to bother me a lot as long as I have some even minimal sense of security.

You couldn't pay me enough to be one of these guys though

(Sorry about the blurry pic)

I wonder if they were thinking of running the Sultan Industrial Road from the Watershed over to 129? Trail is C210

It’s all good. It’s not for everybody. Went over it yesterday somebody added some boards in place of the missing rail ties so it’s a bit better. It has the most snow on the bridge that I’ce ever seen!   I would have taken pics but it was a little chilly.
