KearneyCookhouse Posted September 29, 2018 Share Posted September 29, 2018 Kearney Oneills is expanded, opening the side previous garage space for 60 licensed seats as of this season, the main dining room is still operating. Adam and Chantell have closed down the Grumpy Veteran at the Legion and have moved on to a different lifestyle, Adam has gone back to university to become a lawyer. There is a new person in the kitchen at the Legion now, Chef Sherry but the hours are only a couple of days a week at present, not sure yet what the winter hours will be. Ms. T's Grub Hub is no more at Silversands, she has moved on to a main street location in Burks Falls. At present there is no one running the restaurant at Silversands and no one answers the phone at the resort at the present time. Suds on Main and Edgewater are still going strong. Rise and Grill Cafe beside Suds on Main is open 6 days a week right now, closed mondays and they close after lunch each day, great place for a great breakfast. They do not have a liquor license. Fetterleys Garage is installing new gas tanks the weeks after thanksgiving and will have both regular and premium fuel this winter. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We were in that area a couple weeks ago and your place wasn’t open for lunch.. we are planning on riding from Parry Sound to Kearney tomorrow for lunch and back.
