201 mile ride today...all cross-country riding...no trails. Staged at Larimore...rode in the same area as my last ride on 04/07/2018. Snow has not shrunk much in a week....fields are still covered. Today's ride in blue...last weeks ride in red.

Who's land are you riding on when you go cross country?

Snow levels are still good.  Going to be a late planting season your way too?

on these rides it was all privately owned land...if the land is not posted you are not trespassing

North Dakota has specific posting laws if you don't want people on your land.

As an example we only post certain parts of our land....that is coulees and wooded land where deer are....so our family has a place to hunt with a good expectation of success.   Fields we don't bother with.  That is generally how other farmers do it too.

Thst is kind of neat. Do you plant winter wheat in your area? Do atv's trespass after land is seeded or do people have respect in that reguard. Would give free landers a place to go sledding wise.

In my area I've never heard of anyone having seeded crops damaged.  Principal crops grown are spring wheat, soybeans, dry edible beans and corn.
