Kaz
Wondering how big a day it is to ride from Searchmount to Dubreuilville? When I use the ITG to calculate distance I get 316k, when I look at a district 13 trail map I get closer to 400k, which one is right? Thanks in advance Kaz
1049
It's about 320 if you take Wawa trail 5 and bypass Wawa or 340 if you go through Wawa
AC+YA
Right now there is a lot of fresh snow on the Magpie, but you can run through Wawa and gas, jump on Wawa Lake and then cut up and take the Magpie and it will be quicker and shorter than the trail through Hawk Lake. Short tracks may want to not take the Magpie until it gets some packing.

Here are a couple pics he took.

I recall a steep hill at the end of Magpie (wawa end of lake). Guess it would be tough to climb out.

Guess it would be tough to climb out. That was just my boy playing on his long track Freeride, but the snow was blowing and heavy. He said they couldn't even make the hill at the north end by the camps. It was deep for short tracks. By now it should be OK.
