Great pics, thanks for sharing. Question. It looks like you high mile your sleds pretty fast and put about 30k kms on your last 800. Can you give us the rebuild intervals on that engine? How was the trade in value on a 3 year old two stroke with those miles?

No rebuilds and no trade-in.  I pass my sleds down to my son whenever I buy a new one.  He privately sells the previous one gives me the money and gets my latest hand me down.

Nice. Seeing a 2 stroke rack up those miles without ever being opened is rare.

I asked him the same thing earlier in the year, just amazing the miles he puts on!

Have to say, but it is a Cat!!!

Burning some oil is not such a bad thing, sometimes....

RWS now has the new generation 800....he will be a great test pilot for its longevity.

No doubt be nice to see how it stacks up compared to the zuk. I bet it does well. I think he is not the kind of guy that pins it for long long pulls on every single ride, and that makes a big difference. I bet he is patient in breaking them in as well. I am that guy, and although I have a four stroke, it has 60k kms on it, and the valves are in spec and have never been shimmed once.
