"Potato donuts are a Lanaudière specialty that can be found almost everywhere throughout the region. Here’s the Délices d’Antan bakery’s authentic recipe. " https://lanaudiere.ca/fr/blogue-lanaudiere/recette-de-beignes-aux-patates/ RECETTE DE BEIGNES AUX PATATES DE DÉLICES D'ANTAN Ingrédients 1 lb de patates pilées 2 cuillères à soupe de vanille 2 tasses de sucre 1/2 tasse de beurre 7 tasses de farine 2 cuillères à soupe de poudre à pâte 2 tasses de lait Préparation Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un grand bol et faire reposer le mélange au frigo durant 24 heures. Former les beignes et les faire frire dans la graisse Crisco ou dans l'huile de canola. Déguster! Si le courage vous manque où que vous avez envie de goûter à différentes saveurs, consultez le site Web de la boulangerie pour connaître les points de vente. Vous pourrez demander vos beignes nature, trempés au sirop d'érable chaud, roulés dans la cannelle ou le sucre en poudre ou trempés dans le miel. sledjunk Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 There was a place in the Sault when I was in my late teens called the Spud-o-Nut Shop. Their specialty was a donut made from potatoes.
