Haggis returns to Canada — but the Canadian government made sure it won’t be authentic

Due to a controversial Canadian import law, the haggises all had to be crafted without one of their most signature ingredients: sheep offal, or lung.

While Canadians are allowed to eat most parts of a sheep, lungs remain in a federally verboten category that includes genitals, udders, spleens and “black gut.”

Sheep genitals have been enjoyed by many and for many years out this way.  The Federal Government has lots of related experience. Hypocrisy !

Yeah but they need to kill the sheep first before they enjoy it
