Blake G Posted May 20, 2017 Share Posted May 20, 2017 The SNOWCREST RIDERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM), will be held between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., on Saturday, June 3, at the Residence Inn Gravenhurst - Muskoka Wharf. (285 Steamship Bay Road, Gravenhurst.) There will be some club retirements this spring: these key people will be missed. This year’s AGM will present great opportunities for new volunteers to run for board positions, or to volunteer their services in other capacities. The club is hoping to find four-to-six new board members, and lots of volunteers. Help, questions and ideas will be welcomed. The club will be trying to set up a structured system to make the best use of volunteers in a variety of roles. TRAILS TEAM GROOMING TEAM EQUIPMENT TEAM SPECIAL EVENT AND FUNDRAISING TEAM HEALTH AND SAFETY TEAM SOCIAL COMMITTEE ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATIONS OTHER??? Blake G Posted June 4, 2017 Author Share Posted June 4, 2017 We had a respectable turnout at yesterday's AGM (almost 40 people, including OFSC District 7 Governor, Paul Murray). Continuing or re-elected directors are Graeme Reading, Jon Massey, Bill Horosko, Mark Bajor, Glen Debes, Steve McDonald, and Kelly Hart. Newly welcomed to the board are Paul McNichol, Ron Roberts, and Brent Ginou. Bob and Sandi Clarke were presented with a Lifetime Appreciation Award, by club director Graeme Reading.
