slomo Posted February 12, 2017 Share Posted February 12, 2017 Enjoyed a pretty good stay at H&H Resort on the trail in the MacTier region - great place to stage from for the Six Star and Seguin clubs poker run - direct access to the C trail: Recommend room #5 - housekeeping unit - two separate rooms, full kitchen, lots of space to hang or dry your gear. Park sleds right outside your door, although trailers are parked in front of the lodge building and you must move your vehicle away once you have unloaded your stuff. Must have been 100 sleds lined up for the restaurant Saturday (the above picture was much earlier in the day) in what the owner describes is the busiest four hours of the week. Can vouch for the excellence of both schnitzel dishes on the menu. After 5 pm all the sleds had disappeared as if aliens had vacuumed them up or some sort of snowmobile Brigadoon took place.
